The Sea Island Trading Co. history began in August of 2012 when the Callahan family decided to expand on the retail success of Callahan’s of Calabash. With intentions of opening Clark’s Seafood & Chop House, the Callahan family decided to also transform part of the same building into a unique, glamorous, and elegant women’s fashion store. Sea Island Trading Co. carries designer handbags, fashionable clothing and shoes, elegant jewelry, and home decor. Their mission is to inspire and cater to individual style while balancing both classic clothing pieces and incorporating trendy items.
